 Verified Un desayuno inolvidable Fantàstico “equipo de desayuno” Alèxis fué muy amable y simpàtico y nos ofrecieron un desayuno espectacular. Incluso pudimos dar el biberon a “kiki” la alpaca mascota del hotel.

 Verified Union Hotel centrum Cusco Union Hotel ligt centraal sua ligging aan de St Pedro Market. Ruime kamer met goede bedden en de ontbijtservice is heel vriendelijk en gedienstig. Een aanbeveling.

 Verified Falta trabajar mucho para 3 estrellas, el desayuno es buenazo y el equipo de restaurante es muy bueno! Felicito al equipo de restaurante tienen muy buena atención, hacen buen equipo y generan un clima de confianza. El desayuno es bueno!!! El equipo de recepción es bueno, pero les falta pronta capacidad de solución. El costo del hotel y las 3 estrellas no va acorde con el precio ni con la realidad, la habitación con paredes de drywall , piso que se levantaba, ducha dañada y mando de TV roto. Se agradece la cortesía del almuerzo pero deben mejorar e invertir más en la infraestructura para calificarse con 3 estrellas y cobrar lo que cobran.

 Verified Estadía agradable, buen equipo de desayunos!! Tuvimos un percance con la habitación, exactamente com la ducha y el piso de parquet, pero nos dieron 2 alternativas de solución. Eso nos reconfortó y agradecemos la gentileza del equipo de recepción. También agradecemos al equipo del Desayuno (Mildreed, Juan y Alexis) por su gran atención, ellos son los que dan vida al servicio de desayuno y te dan tips y una buena conversación!!
